If you do experience harassment at an event please let the security and event organisers know so they can take potential action. Let the people close to you know that someone is making you feel uncomfortable. If you have been made to feel unsafe, contact your local police station to make a report.
If you experience ongoing harassment, make records (screenshots) of all the engagement with the individual and file a police report. If considered necessary,the authorities will contact the relevant platforms to gain further details and take appropriate action. Completely disengage with the individual and refrain from posting anything to do with them as this may encourage their behaviour.
